Day Nursery School
MPMC Day Nursery School has been offering outstanding early childhood education for over fifty years. Founded by the MPMC under the direction of Rev. Tom Peterson and Mrs. E. Irish, the purpose remains the same; to offer high quality preschool education at an affordable price to the families of our community and surrounding areas.
Classes for ages 2 ½, 3- and 4-year old’s unable to attend UPK are available.
The 2 ½ year old class meets two days a week on Tuesday and Thursday. We have a morning program that meets from 9:00 to 11:15. This is a program that concentrates socialization. Students will be working on fine motor skills and body coordination. They will enjoy many science projects, early math skills such as counting and sorting, holiday projects and other fun activities!
The 3–4-year-old program meets three days a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We have a morning program from 9:00-11:15 and an afternoon program from 12:30 to 2:45. This program builds on our 2 ½ year old program. We add more challenging concepts in science, math, writing skills, etc. This program prepares children for the UPK Program in our District and surrounding Districts.
